    How do you attract the best people to work for CSS? As a Recruiting Partner, you'll make sure that candidates enjoy a positive recruitment experience – from their very first interaction with the company right through to the hiring process and probationary period.
  • Solutions
    As an HR Business Partner or HR Consultant/Developer, you'll provide line managers and teams with support in complex leadership and development matters. You'll work in an agile team where you can benefit from communication and exchange with your colleagues.
  • Services
    You and your team are the first point of contact for all HR-related matters brought to you by our employees and managers. You'll be responsible for administrative tasks such as payroll processing, time recording and absence management.
  • Learning
    You and your colleagues will coordinate and implement all basic and advanced training within CSS. You'll also encourage the use of digital forms of learning.
