The drawing up of nutritional proposals on an individual basis

From the natural medicine perspective, the ideal diet is a sensibly balanced and tasty one which has a positive effect on the entire body and its basic functions. Additions and changes can be made to this diet to alleviate certain illnesses or health problems. To do this, current dietary habits are analysed (on the basis of a food diary, for example), and suggestions for improving them are discussed.
