Naturopathy consists of a variety of methods of complementary medicine, which are applied individually according to the therapist's own speciality area.

CSS recognises the following forms of therapy as naturopathy:

  • Dietetics (nutritional advice)
  • Treatments to draw toxins from the body (such as cupping)
  • Hydrotherapy (such as wraps and compresses)
  • Massage (such as classic massage)
