We offer you flexible working time and part-time models plus the opportunity to regularly work from home.
The choice is yours: 6 weeks’ annual leave and a 42-hour working week or 5 weeks’ annual leave and a 41-hour working week.
After 10 years of service you can take a 2-month sabbatical on 80% of your salary.
You enjoy numerous financial benefits (contribution to your health insurance premiums, 13th monthly salary, bonus, attractive occupational benefits plan, children's and training allowances paid voluntarily by CSS).
You're entitled to 3 weeks of paid paternity leave. Mothers can choose between 16 weeks' leave on full salary or 20 weeks on 80%.

We offer a large number of in-house courses and support you in attending external training courses.

We let all our employees do three days of voluntary work once every three years. In addition, every team can dedicate one day a year to a social programme.
