Work flexibly and individually – we allow you to optimally structure your working day. Choose to work part-time, benefit from individual working models, enjoy a paid break of 20 minutes per day, or work from home, from your mobile office or in a co-working space. If you work on site at one of our offices, you will get to know our many forms of collaboration: choose between standing desks and Talky boxes for a spontaneous discussion or as a place to retreat for a focused working session. Promote creative cooperation in our collaboration rooms. And use our tea and coffee stations and rest spaces to enjoy a break with your colleagues or to just take a breather. We are gradually rolling out desk sharing, which encourages cooperation and flexibility.

  • Water bottles and refreshing water stations: Our specially chosen, sustainable water bottles are almost always at hand. The water stations and coffee stations at all our locations have reusable cups and drinkware to reduce the use of disposable utensils and provide areas where employees can pause for refreshment.
