Giulia Roth studied Business Administration at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. After a brief foray into product management with a consumer goods company, she has now worked in various human resource management functions for over 10 years. She started out as a recruiter for an accounting and auditing firm before joining CSS in 2013 as an HR Consultant. Since becoming an Employer Branding Manager in 2017, she has been responsible for managing CSS’s reputation as an employer and continuing to develop the employer brand – including producing content on social media channels, the career website, at job fairs or in job ads.
