Marceline Iten

Marceline Iten studied Multimedia Production at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. She then went on to complete CAS programmes at the University of Applied Sciences for Business Administration in Zurich, enhancing her knowledge of internal communication, change communication, strategic communication management and corporate governance . During her studies, she was particularly concerned with their practical relevance. After gaining several years’ experience in marketing and corporate communications, she discovered her passion for employer branding.

She joined CSS as Employer Branding Manager in 2023, and is committed to creating an attractive employer brand. This requires her to juggle exciting stories about employees on social media with campaign management and the preparation of attractive multimedia content.
