1 tsp chamomile
1 cup boiling water
Pour a cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of dried chamomile, leave to infuse for approx. 10 minutes, strain and drink 2 to 3 cups per day in sips.
Rinse the mouth regularly with lukewarm tea for wounds in the mouth, inflamed gums and pharyngitis.
Chamomile tea can help provide relief for a cold, sore throat, gastrointestinal disorders such as bloating or diarrhoea, bladder infection and menstrual disorders.
