1 litre cold water
2 - 3 dandelion roots
To make dandelion root tea, clean 2 to 3 fresh roots and leave to soak overnight in 1 litre of cold water. In the morning, bring this mixture to the boil, then cover and allow to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain and drink.
Tea made from the roots has a higher concentration of beneficial compounds than dandelion leaf tea.
Also recommended for an intensive weekend cleanse. Drink 1 litre of dandelion root tea before breakfast on Saturday and Sunday to feel refreshed.
