1 bag of unperfumed black tea (no Earl Grey, etc.)
1 cup boiling water
Cotton cloth, if needed
Pour the hot water over the teabag and allow to infuse for 15 minutes.
For bigger areas (e.g. nappy rash), dip a cloth in the tea and cover the affected area with the cloth several times a day for 10 minutes.
The warm teabag can be applied directly to smaller wounds (e.g. raw nipples).
Use a fresh teabag or fresh cloth every time.
