Allow the tea to infuse for around 10 minutes. Drinking feverfew tea every day for 2 to 3 weeks reduces the frequency and intensity of migraine attacks and can help relieve menstrual pain.
As the tea has a slight sedative effect, it should be consumed in moderation. Pregnant women and people taking blood thinners shouldn't drink feverfew tea.
Never consume fresh or dried leaves directly as this can cause irritation and bleeding of the gums and swelling of the tongue.
