150 g linseed (flaxseed)
300 ml water
1 tablespoon
1 handkerchief
1 rubber band
A hot linseed bag can help relieve pain if you have a cold, sinusitis or toothache.
Cook 150 g linseed in 300 ml of water for approx. 5 minutes. Pour 1 tablespoon of the linseed porridge onto the handkerchief and use the rubber band to fashion it into a little bag.
Put this bag on your nose, forehead or cheek - it should be as hot as you can bear.
The bag can be replaced as soon as it has cooled.
