100 g rosemary leaves
3 litres water
Add approx. 100 g of rosemary leaves to 3 litres of water and bring to the boil. Allow to infuse for 15 minutes, then strain.
Add to warm bath water (28° - 38°) and enjoy the bath for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then rest for 15 to 30 minutes. Don't take this bath at night as it has an invigorating effect.
A rosemary bath can have the following effects:
