1 - 2 tsp dried stinging nettle leaves
or a handful of fresh young stinging nettle leaves
1 cup boiling water

Stinging nettle tea: pour hot water over fresh or dried stinging nettle leaves and leave to infuse for approx. 10 minutes.
Instructions: drink 1 to 2 cups per day. Don't drink for longer than 3 weeks at a time.
