myCSS access permissions

To make the administrative tasks relating to insurance as efficient as possible, CSS relies on different contract roles (premium payer, recipient of benefits, recipient of correspondence).
However, there are also constellations in which dividing the contract roles between more than one person makes sense – for example, in a family with children. In this case, although the child is the insured person, it is one of the parents who receives the premium and benefit statements. In other words, either the father or the mother is entered in our system as premium payer and recipient of benefits. As a result, that parent also takes on the role of recipient of correspondence and is sent all the child's other correspondence (policy, insurance card, tax statement, etc.).
