Rosemary bath
Add roughly 100g of rosemary leaves to 3 litres of water and bring to the boil. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes, then strain. Add the tea to the bathwater (temperature: 28-38 degrees) and relax in the bath for 15-20 minutes. Now lie down for around 15-30 minutes. Do not have a rosemary bath at night as it has an invigorating effect.
