5-6 raw potatoes, depending on the size of the potatoes

Raw potato juice can quickly relieve the symptoms of an irritated, inflamed stomach lining, heartburn, acid reflux and a feeling of fullness after a large meal.
To make the juice, peel the raw potatoes (preferably regional and organic) and remove any green areas.
Thoroughly wash and juice the potatoes.
Drink the fresh juice immediately.
Don’t use green or sprouting potatoes as these can contain toxins (solanine).
For acute symptoms, drink 1 to 2 small glasses (approx. 50 - 100 ml) every day.
Ready-made juices are available from health shops, drugstores and pharmacies.
