The Care Management service is here for you whenever you're facing a difficult health situation. Your own personal point of contact will attend to your needs, support you and relieve you of some of the strain.
Your personal point of contact advises you on every aspect of your treatment. You will have less paperwork to deal with, and the next steps will be discussed with everyone involved (e.g. doctors, specialists or therapists).
As a health partner, we're here for our insured persons and won't leave you to face your situation alone. We will be only too happy to help.
No. Care Management answers your health-related questions. The information provided is generally applicable and doesn't include an assessment of your own health situation. It is therefore no substitute for a personal consultation, examination or diagnosis by a recognised doctor. Depending on the situation, this information can be a useful addition to the dialogue between doctor and patient.
In case of doubt, if the CSS Care Management service makes a recommendation that differs from the advice given by your doctor, the doctor's opinion should take precedence. We cannot assume any responsibility for the outcome of the treatment and disclaim all liability in this respect.
Care Management is available to anyone insured with CSS. Whether you're ill, require surgery or find yourself in a difficult health situation – your personal point of contact at Care Management will advise you on all your questions regarding treatment and relieve you of some of the administrative burden.
