Power balls made with nuts and dried fruit

Ingredients for 30 balls
35g pistachios, salted and shelled
70g cashews, raw
200g dates, stoned
90g shredded coconut
1 tsp. coconut oil
2 tbsp. water
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a mixer and blend into a compact mass.
- Dampen your hands and form the mass into balls.
- Optional: Roll the balls in shredded coconut.
